It was busy, I guess like they always are. The service wasn't perfect, but they tried.

It was a Banana and Graham Cracker Pancake. He Also got a Single Pancake of the Special Pancake of the week. The person I was with ordered the same omelette, he stated it's his favorite thing at Snooze. All were good, but the 1st two were out of this world. I ranked them #1 the Maple $ Black pepper, #2 the House Bacon, #3 Pork Belly, and #4 Different. Eatery DashPass Breakfast, Lunch 4. The bacon flight was amazing and worth it. Eatery Delivery Menu 7587 North Academy Boulevard Colorado Springs - DoorDash Snooze, an A.M. I didn't really like the greens it came with, but still a triple play. It was an excellent meal and the flavors all complimented each other. I never would have considered combining these ingredients, let alone putting either in an Omelette. I also ordered The Bacon Flight ($9): One slice each of our Signature House Bacon, Bacon But Different, Maple & Black Pepper Glazed Bacon and two slices of Habanero Pork Belly. Served with Dijon citronette, spiced pepitas & Parmesan dressed greens. Topped with roasted tomatoes, a drizzle of house-made cream cheese hollandaise & scallions. This consisted of Three cage-free eggs with a blend of lump & claw crab meat, Havarti cheese, sauteed asparagus, red onions, & mushrooms. The only thing there missing is some sound deadening panels on ceiling to break up the loud murmuring. It is a colorful environment with a unique menu done with excellent quality.
